The Ashhurst School PTA in association with the Manawatu 4WD Club recently hosted a “Shiny Truck” event which was well supported by our wider community. Drivers came from as far afield as Wellington, which considering the appalling weather leading up to the event was quite incredible.

Greg Booth did an excellent job of organising the event and we are most grateful to the Bolton family for opening up their land on the Saddle road for the day. The event raised more than $2000 for the school. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this experience including......
