Welcome to our staff directory and schools guide! At Ashhurst School, our vision is Eke Taumata – Reach for the Highest Peak, a mission brought to life by our dedicated team of educators and support staff.

Our school is organised into four main learning hubs:

Ruahine: Our New Entrant to Year 3 junior team.
Tararua: Supporting our Year 4, 5, and 6 learners.
Wharetītī: Our senior Year 7 and 8 students.
Te Āpiti: Our Senior Leadership team, led by Principal Heath Chittenden.
We are proud to offer specialised learning support in Structured Literacy, Numeracy, and Te Ao Māori, ensuring every student has the tools to succeed.
