Ashhurst School's behaviour matrix clearly outlines to all members of our school community the expectations we have. All positive and negative behaviours that occur at Ashhurst School relate to the matrix.
Staff use the matrix as a tool to direct explicit lessons to their classes, particularly at the start of every day to outline and reiterate the weekly focus. Teachers use this as a tool to be proactive in reducing any possible negative behaviours from known issues or upcoming activities.
